From the WPR site transcript, the Elizabeth Davis who married Thomas Bryant in St Ives was the daughter of Francis Davis, Labourer, and not the daughter of Robert Davis 21 Apr 1839 by Banns Thomas Bryant of full age bachelor Fisherman of St. Ives (Father: William Bryant, Fisherman) Elizabeth Davis of full age spinster of St. Ives (Father: Francis Davis, Laborer) Witnesses: James Williams, Thomas Williams This Elizabeth Davis would seem to be the daughter of Francis and Mary, bapt in St Ives on 12 November 1813. |
