Yes, George Quick and Mary Hosking were married at Falmouth 20th January 1800 and as far as I know had only two children - John 1802-1873 and a daughter Mary baptized at Falmouth in 1804 and buried there in 1808.
I have not been able to find anything so far to say definitively who this George was but it does appear likely he was the son of William Quick and Jane Strick baptized at Perranuthnoe 5th November 1770.
FamilySearch has images of the Exeter Bishops Transcripts but unfortunately when the BTs were copied by the Vicar he did not copy all the information. (I guess with such a busy Parish it was just a little too much!) But the details for the marriage of George Quick to Mary Hosking are as follows:-
1800
Jany. 20 George Quick of this Parish bachelor and Mary Hosking of this Parish spinster by Banns
That both were 'of the Parish' indicates there were resident there for some time but it does not necessarily mean either was born in Cornwall - although it is most likely. The only George Quick I have who could possibly be this man is the one mentioned above who was baptized at Perranuthnoe in 1770.
However this provides another difficulty given that this same George is probably the one buried at Breage 22nd August 1827 age 52 'of Crowan'. The age here calculates to a birth around 1775 so there is a five year difference but given not everyone knew when they were born and certainly many informants lacked that knowledge then it is not a critical concern.
