Allen - this one is reasonably easy.
John Quick bp. 23rd June 1711 (OS) Zennor was the son of John Quick and Anne (nee VIBERT)
John married Wilmot QUICK at Towednack 5th January 1741 (OS) and died at Zennor 12th September 1784.
He was buried at Zennor 14th September 1784.
John was named in the Will of his brother William which was written in 1771 and proved 1772.
He had three children - Wilmot (m. James Eve), Ann (m. Dionysius Williams) and Mary (m1. John Quick, m2. James Quick).
John's wife, Wilmot, was the daughter of Paul Quick and Wilmot (nee CURNOW) and was baptised at Towednack 24th September 1720.
Wilmot died at Zennor 20th July 1761 and was buried there on the 22nd of July.
John's father (John) married Ann VIBERT at Gulval 11th November 1706 and was buried at Zennor 14th January 1745.
John, in turn, was son of John Quick and Jane (nee MORRISH) who married at Gulval 30th April 1680.
And here is one of my confusions - this last John wrote his Will 7th August 1732.
BUT - on this same day there was the burial of another John QWICK at Zennor.
John (direct line here) was the son of James Quick and Jane (nee KNIGHT).
Back to John and Wilmot Quick for a moment.
From all information I have (including Wills and information from other people) John had a sister named Jane for whom we have no baptism.
But it appears probable that this was the Jane Quick who married James TREWHELLA at Ludgvan 8th August 1729.
Jane was buried at Zennor 25th April 1730 after which James TREWHELLA was married twice more.
James second wife was Susanna Fleming whom he married at Madron in 1733. (She was buried at Ludgvan in 1754)
His third wife was Catherine ODGERS (a widow) (nee TREWHEELA).
It appears that the only children of James TREWHELLA were by his third wife - as evidenced by his Will of 1764 in which he named those children as well as the children of his then wife Catherine who died in 1811.
James was baptised in 1696 so was about 27 years older than Catherine when they married.
Hope I haven't confused you.
