Hi All, A note to let you know what is happening over the next week or so. (Or at least what I plan to happen. I will be busy at the Pub over the next few nights and am also still trying to sort out my belongings in my new residence. Have the potential for a very bad Fire Season here which may well disrupt my plans but will be doing my best to help you all. Once the New Year Festivities have dissipated (and I have this place sorted a little better) I plan to try and check through the entire Board and catch up with things I may have neglected. I also plan to update information I have not yet done and then examine more closely some of the queries that are a little more difficult. Hope you all have a wonderful New Year and I certainly look forward to continued discussion with all current members and all those that are yet to join us. All the very best from the Cornish Terrier, Ian

Hi Ian, Im sure all will join with me in wishing you a peaceful New Year without fire or riots in the bar. May your shelf sorting go smoothly. We all look forward to your return to full activity and those little gems you unearth to keep us all on our toes. Happy New Year to you and all Lesley

Lesley - I thank you. Should nearly be in bed but trying to sort out DVD's and Videos right now. (Got to find some room in this place somehow. ) Thank you for your compliments and avid support and, whilst I enjoy fighting fires (bloody hard work) and visiting new places because of them, I do hope that things don't turn out as bad as what they may well do. We had our first Total Fire Ban for Victoria yesterday (in the North West Region) so things are starting to happen. As for 'riots in the Pub' - I don't allow them to happen. ;D I am only a 'little bloke' (especially compared to many who want to cause trouble) but I usually manage to control them somehow. At least I can expect some pretty reasonable help on New Year's Eve. The new boss and his other half will be there (and Terry is quite a strong man and has been around a bit). But the bonus is that Terry and Marie have family visiting and there is some very good help looming here. Terry's two sons are 'quite capable' and I have the bonus of other kin of he plus the son and also the nephew of Marie who are both extremely strong and, I believe, can 'look after themselves' quite well. Extra bonus is that I will have Marie's daughter to help and I think all of the above can now pour a beer quite nicely. ;D Some of the mixed drinks might be a problem, as might be pricing, but I am sure I will have enough help on hand to deal with things. ;D This is probably too much information for you all but I would like you all to know that I should have enough help to be able to survive so that I may join you 'in proper' in 2008. ;D Thanks Lesley - and all other members- and (though I will be trying to keep an eye on things in the next couple days) I look forward to a very productive New Year with you all. Ian
