In 2012 you were discussing the Edward John and Agnes Smith Young marriage in 1883, with chn born in SA and NSW.
What happened to this family, I can't find anything on NSW BDM,s for them after the death of Agnes in 1917 in Broken Hill?

Di - the probable reason for that, especially with births and marriages, is that the various State Governments have limits on what information is released. Just as the UK Government will not released Census Records less than 100 years old the BDMs have similar restrictions.
I am not sure what those limits are in all the States but it will be something like 100 years for births (i.e. nothing after 1914 might be available), perhaps 50 or 80 years for Marriages and maybe 50 years for deaths. But, as I said, each State will be different.

You could try Cemetery records such as 'Australian Cemeteries Index'.

Of the ten children nine were married in Australia. All nine marriages occurred in New South Wales between 1907 and 1923.

The tenth child, James Henry Glasson who was born in 1886 died in 1898 by drowning:

The Inquest.
An inquest was held by the deputy-coroner (Mr. T. Hall) at the courthouse this afternoon :
on the body of James Henry Glasson, aged 12 years, who met his death yesterday whilst bathing in a waterhole at Railway Town.
Dr. Seabrook, resident surgeon at the Hospital, deposed to having made an external examination of the body of deceased at the morgue; he found no external marks of violence, but the body presented the symptoms of having died from shock; the neck was broken, which, in his opinion, was the cause of death.
Edward John Glasson, father of the deceased, gave evidence of identification ; he did not, he said, think the deceased could swim, but believed he sometimes went bathing in the waterhole in which he was drowned.
Stephen Devitt, 14, a school-mate of deceased, attending the Burke Ward School, deposed that he joined deceased after school yesterday afternoon for the purpose of having a swim, they waited until the schoolmaster had left the school, when they went to the waterhole, near the brick kiln, in company with a third boy named Smith; deceased was the first to enter the water, diving of the spring-board, and witness and the other boy followed; deceased dived from the springboard twice and jumped off feet foremost a third time ; witness was the only boy of the three who could swim; witness was on the other side of the dam when he saw deceased take the last dive; then deceased, instead of diving into the shallow part of the water, forgot himself and jumped into the deeper portion, as he had seen witness do ; witness saw deceased struggling and splashing about in the deep water; Glasson called out, Steve! Steve! witness swam to deceased and took hold of his hand, drawing him towards him; deceased caught hold of witness leg; witness took him about two yards towards the bank, when deceased let go; witness dived twice and seized hold of deceased, but was not able to hold the body above. water as he was suffocating and was obliged to let it go; there were some boys on the bank, who ran away for help when they saw witness could not get deceased out of the water; witness went home and said nothing about the occurrence, as he was afraid of a thrashing from his father.
The jury returned a verdict; "that the deceased, James Henry Glasson, came by his death through accidental drowning." A rider was added, complimenting the boy Stephen Devitt for his courage in trying to effect a rescue.

Thanks, I was trying this morning on the NSW bdm site, looks like it was down, I found a few marriages this evening, so the site is back up.
Only 1 marriage I can't find and that is of Thomas J born 1900. As nsw marriages indexes go up to 1964, If he married I should be able to find him.

Sorry my mistake. I believe that Thomas James Glasson married Mavis Kathleen Brown in 1923 in Port Adelaide, South Australia. Nine children.

Cannot find birth or parents.

19th April 1884 at the Parish Church, Perranzabuloe.
William Henry Glasson, aged 32 years from Cocks, bachelor, husbandman, son of Thomas Glasson, husbandman, deceased.
Elizabeth Williams Davies, aged 34 years from Perranporth, spinster, daughter of Owen Davies, ship's captain, deceased.
Witnesses: Samuel Daddow, Richard Trenerry.

William Glasson, baptised 26th November 1775 at Crowan, son of Robert Glasson and Eleanor Thomas.

This Robert Glasson was baptised on the 15th October 1749 at Crowan, son of Robert Glasson and Susanna Mitchell...

Don't be fooled by a bit of Kiwi BS.... lots of them left and a lot of assumptions made over time... some are wrong so be aware..
