Glassons sorted??

Hopefully I have most of the Glassons in my family sorted, please correct me if I'm wrong 
Elizabeth Susan 1859 d/o John and Frances Ann Clements
John 1835 s/o William and Susanna Richards
William 1808 s/o John and Phillipa Trevean
John 1789 s/o John and Margaret Richards
John 1757 s/o John and Ann Hampton
John 1736 s/o John and Ann Perkin
John 1713 s/o John and Dorothy Verant
John 1685 s/o John and ?

Hopefully I have got them all sorted and I can fill the later gaps before I close off the Glassons and concentrate on the Somerset Hoskins

It so happens that I have these Glassons in the same order as you do. Somewhere in the years gone by they have been put into these families by hard working persons who used all the resources available to them at the time, which as you may realise was not a lot. So I would say proceed with caution. Nothing before 1837 should be a given.... take it all for granted until you have been able to prove otherwise. You are probably aware that there is a significant amount of published work which is seriously flawed.
