;D I just thought that I'd like to share with you all, the joy that I've experienced over the last week, whilst taking my young Grandson "home". Okay, so at 6 months old he's not going to remember much of it, but the pleasure was all mine, and, although you'll probably think it a bit wierd, it almost felt like I was fulfilling a duty to introduce him to his ancestors. As he gets older he'll become acutely aware of his heritage (although his father's from London, but he couldn't help that!) Whilst there I took the time to tend to the family graves, which seem to be seldom visited, and I've taken some photos to fill in the gaps where I don't have personal photos in my files. (Grave photo's that is!) All in all, it was probably the most worthwhile trip that I've made to Cornwall in the past few years, from a personal point of view. And we had fun building sand-castles on Perranporth beach, too! Just thought I'd share that with you, thanks for "listening" ;D Ted

I don't think its at all weird, Ted.
I keep taking my children down there as I don't want them to forget about their Cornish heritage.
They are just not allowed to forget about the Cornish roots.
