I don't think you are quite as far away as I am my friend! ;D
The idea is that you are allocated a particular piece of work which you can download to your PC along with the relevant instructions and templates.
You then work from there at your leisure and once down simply email the file to Bill who will then upload it to the OPC site.
For Certificates there is provision on the OPC site to transcribe them separately. (If you are not sure about that part just let me know and I will explain how to do it.)
If you are prepared to take part in the actual PR transcriptions then let me know and I will send your details to Bill who will be in touch with you.

Have recieved my first film for transcription: South Hill baptisms 1852-1901. This is a parish of interest to me, which Bill said he'd try and arrange if possible. Thank you Bill.
So, a few evenings of work to do...

Hi Mike - glad that one has worked out for you. I have just received a further note from Bill who says 'the more the merrier' so anyone else who is interested in doing some transcribing then please post a note here or get in touch with me via email. There may be a couple of days delay this week due to Bill's absence but he will certainly respond to everyone. CT

Hey CT Do you know if anybody is working on the Redruth baptisms in this project? Lannanta PS: I am too scared to say that I could if they weren't because my offer may well be accepted

G'day Lannanta - I don't know exactly what is currently in progress or what is available but possibilities can be worked out between yourself and Bill.
I will pass on your email address after which, probably a couple of days now, Bill will contact you for confirmation that you are prepared to do a bit.
At that point you can discuss what your preferences might be.
