Has anyone ever been able to solve the origins of Joseph Perrow who married Mary Hosken at St. Just in 1807. His burial suggests birth around 1783 but of course he may have been older than his family thought.
Although the Perrow 'clan' go back a fair old way in St Just's history I have not been able to account for Joseph in St. Just records.
I wonder whether anyone else has ever had a need to check on this man. I suspect that one of the Perrows who existed in St. Just prior to 1783 must have left the parish and then returned with family. I have been trying to work it out. Not very sccessfully. Has anyone been working on pre 1783 Perrows at all and can suggest possibly leavers.
