I'm thinking we have two different Sarah Timmins involved here!
Looking at the Pioneer Index for the marriage of Henry Glasson and Sarah Timmins.
This states that Sarah was born at ST KILDA! (Henry was born in Cornwall)
She is also married as 'Sarah' and not 'Sarah Elizabeth'.
The next part of the problem is the Death Record.
If your Sarah married Henry GLASSON then why would her death be registered as Sarah Elizabeth TIMMINS?
The answer to that, I believe, is that this again is not your Sarah.
And looking at the Death Record in the Edwardian Index I would suggest that TIMMINS was this lady's married name.
SPICE - Problem solved!!!
I have not found a birth for Sarah Elizabeth yet but ....
Elizabeth SPICE married Edward TIMMINS in Victoria in 1865
John Henry Lock SPICE married Grace BURT in 1879
This last man appears in a couple of different ways when his children are registered:-
John Lock SPICE
Henry John Lock SPICE
Amongst the children are Annie Foster SPICE born at Bacchus Marsh in 1882.
And he is supposed to have been born at Elphinstone.
I think the wife of Edward TIMMINS (above) is the Sarah Elizabeth TIMMINS for whom you have provided death details.
All of a sudden your problem is looking a little less SPICEY! ;D
With the information provided by Lannanta I think you can safely move on and leave the 'Spice Girls' (and boys) to look after themselves.
Looking at the Pioneer Index again and I think Sarah was a little mistaken in giving her birthplace as St Kilda.
The only member of the family who appears to have been born in Victoria was William s/o Richard and Emma Timmins at St Kilda in 1857.
Here is the marriage you want:-
