I have a Peter Wallis married to Martha Maddern but he would be too old to be John's father. Could this Peter be John's grandfather?
Martha Maddern's mother was Charity Hocken and John Wallis and Mary Warren have a daughter named Grace Charity?
I can find a marriage St Buryan 13 Jul 1816 groom Peter Wallis Yeoman Res St Buryan bride Catherine Wallis Res St Buryan, Banns Witness Margaret Wallis., consent of Friends - Are this Peter and Catherine Wallis John's parents and are they the people in the 1841 Census below? The ages were not given on marriage but they would have had to have been late 30s to be the parents of the John Wallis in the 1841 Census
So what I would really like to know is are all these people connected?
Possibly John's parents?
