I have been looking into the Mannell family and I found Gertrude Mannell had married Samuel James Newton and had 5 children.
Gertrude died in the Sept qtr 1934 Redruth District. I can't find anything about Nora/h Mannell Newton who was born in 1897.
It is possible that Samuel James the elder went to the USA and it is also possible that his sons also known as Samuel James Newton born 1901 emigrated in 1920 and another son called Thomas born 1895 also emigrated in 1920. The family were living in Camborne during the 1911 census but no sign of Samuel James the elder.
I have found a death year for Olive Newton and she lived to a good old age.
That leaves William John Newton born 1894.
