I have a copy of the will of Richard Trembah, yeoman of Morvah, died 1657. Possibly it is already available on one of the sites with Cornish probate abstracts. If not, I can post it here if anyone is interested.

I Richard Trembah of the parish of Morvah in the county of Cornwall yeoman, being sicke and weake of body but, praised be god, of perfect and (? disposinge) memory doe make and ordaine this to be my last will and testament in manner and forme following. ffirst I bequeathe my soule to god when it shall please him to call me out of this misserable world, and my body to Christian burial. Item my will is that Maddern Trembah my sonne shall pay unto Joane my daughter the summe of tenn pounds which tenn pounds he hath in his hands. Item I doe give unto Maddern Trembah my sonne sixpence. Item I doe give unto Cicely the wife of Maddern Trembah sixpence. Item I doe give unto each of my grandchildren that are now bourne twelve pence a piece. Item I doe give unto Mary the wife of Thomas Ustick my daughter five shillings. Item I do give unto Margt my wife one and twenty pounds and one house wherein Henry Phillips lyves, to have and to hould the said house unto her and her asigned duringe my estate there in if she happen to live soe long a widdow. Item I doe give unto the said Margaret my wife the bed wherein I lye. Item I doe give unto Joane my daughter twelve pounds besides the tenn pounds that my sonne Maddern is to pay unto her. Item I doe give unto Margt my daughter the summe of one and twenty pounds. Item I doe give unto Margery my daughter the summe of six pounds. Item I doe give and bequeath unto Chesten Davy widdow my sister two shillings and sixpence. All the rest of my goods and chattles not formerly given I doe give and bequeath to Richard Trembah my sonne whom I hereby nominate and appoint to be my full and whole executor to pay my legacies and to performe this my last will and testament. In witness therof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of March in the year of our Good Lord one thousand six hundred and fifty and seven. The signe of Richard Trembah. Sealed signed and acknowledged in the presence of us underwritten. William ? the signe of ? Chigwin the signe of MaddernTrembah.
The will was proved at London the twentieth day of the month of May in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fifty seaven. Before the judges for probate of wills and ? administration lawfully authorized by the oath of Richard Trembah the naturall and lawfull sonne of the said Richard and sole executor named in his last will and testament he was nominated administrator of all and singular the goods chattles and ? of the said deceased the said Richard.
