Found this announcement (Births, Deaths, Marriages and Obituaries) in the Trewman's Exeter Flying Post or Plymouth and Cornish Advertiser, Thursday, November 6, 1834 which may interest BOASE of St Buryan researchers. Best regards HeatherC  Oct. 29, at St Buryan, Mrs John Boase, of twin sons, this prolific matron, at her last two confinements, gave birth to five children - three on one occasion, and two on the other. I think Mrs Boase deserved a medal! Just to add to this.... this was such a noteworthy event that it also appeared in the following publications Liverpool Mercury The Examiner (London) Caledonian Mercury (Edinburgh) Freeman's Journal and Daily Commercial Advertiser (Dublin) The Bristol Mercury

it looks like the triplets: Abraham Richard & Caroline all bp St Buryan 1832 did not survive and of the twins Joseph & Elizabeth only Elizabeth survived.
