I am sure there will be others. Details given are - Date of Entry Age Quality (Trade) Time of Service (excluding apprenticeship) Time at Sea (If any) Married, Single or Widowed Number of Children If a Freeman and of What Place Where Apprenticeship Served Character as Workmen, (If he has been disabled in Service, or has any other Infirmities and not able to perform a Day's Work) Date of his Recommendation for Superannuation Height Complexion Other Remarks (Tattoo's, scars, odd hair styles!)
