Hi
I expect you are aware that Withiel is in the Bodmin area.
Your GGfather John Vivian 1816 Withiel would appear to be enumerated in the 1841 census as a servant on a farm at Withiel, Lower Bosneives. His age is shown as 20; ages being rounded down to the nearest 5 years in the 1841 census. (He was of Bosnieves at his 1816 baptism, so that's a good link.)
Your GGGfather Richard is probably in 1841 along the way at Hendra in Withiel, with one daughter present; in 1851, Richard is still at Hendra, age 62, widowed, an ag lab with daughter Emilene an unmarried dressmaker present.
By 1861 Emilene is married to Edward Harris and they have a couple of sons; and Emilene's father, your GGGfather, Richard Vivian is with them, now age 72.
And impressively, GGGfather is still around, still with daughter Emilene, in 1871: an 82 year old ag lab. His burial didn't happen until 23 February 1879 at Withiel, age 90.

That places your GGGfather Richard Vivian as having been born Withiel somewhere around 1789.
Using the above website for transcriptions of Cornish baptism/marriages/burials, I rahter think there is only one obvious candidate: Richard Vivian baptized 15 February 1789 Withiel to parents John & Mary - hence the naming of is son John, after his paternal Gfather.
GGmother Jane James: searching for a girl of that names age c20 in 1841, the most obvious candidate is the Jane James enumerated as a 20 year old servant on a farm in Withiel, Whitehay. This is 8 households along from where Richard Vivian was in the 1841 census.
I think some simple googling will bring you up some photos of typical Cornish buildings at these named farms.
Anyway, I think you've probably now got a solid Cornish foundation for your family history!
(And may I suggest, stick to looking in actual records, well, transcribed records at least, for tracing your family back.... other people's online trees could take you down many erroneous garden paths!! )

P.S. Did you know that for Cornwall, FamilySearch has digitised images of many of the actual parish registers? That means that you can get to see for yourself (free!) GGmother Jane James' signature on the occasion of her marriage. This can be found on Family Search historical records; click on "browse all published collections"; scroll down to "England, Cornwall and Devon parish Registers"; click "browse through 202K images"; click on Cornwall; then Luxulyan; then Luxulyan Marriages, 1837-1900 to cover the 1845 year you want and voila! there sits (you can find the right page of the register yourself I'm sure, paging through to 1845)your GGparents' handwritten marriage entry in the parish register!
