This is probably a long shot but here goes ....
Does anyone know if there are any of these, or any transcriptions of these, in existence? After looking at the British Record Society probate indexes for Cornwall I get the impression that they certainly existed in reasonable numbers at one time but are now lost, for whatever reason. I do not know what the story is here though.
I know about the ones pre-1540, which DCRS have published. But what about those made after 1540 and before 1600?
