Thanks Maggie - although I have not seen all the places I just looked at - it still brings back memories of my times in Cornwall. There is one photo there that I reckon I can better though. It is the one with the bird 'returning to roost'. I took a photo off the Isles of Scilly in 1994. We were going from St Mary to St Agnes for a birthday party at 'about' 8pm and it was still daylight - but starting to gradually fade. I took some shots to Port where it can be seen the light is just starting to fade a little. Immediately after this I turned to Starboard as we were passing an outcrop called 'The Cow and the Calf'. I happened to notice a bird perch on the 'Calf' so took a photo. At the time I did this the son was heading down and the relfection was straight across the water at us. When I had the film developed I was absolutely elated at the outcome. Please remind me and I will attempt to scan the photo and place it in view for you. Best go - tucker cooking, more notes to catch up on, sleep to be had, moving to do, work to do etc., etc.

Thank you for that Maggie. I come from St Ives but don't think I have ever been to St Hilary. Awful isn't it. Have just found out I have an ancestor who came from there (Mary Johns) so it was nice to see those pictures.
