I have just spent quite a bit of time trying to search through Census and other records regarding the Noall family. Primary objective, of course, was to try to find the origins of the name of Clarinda Trewhella Noall. Well, guess what? I still have absolutely no idea how that name came into the particular Noall family. There is nothing that I can find, so far, that even gives a little hint. But I would like to know more of your connection (or information about) to Richard Kernick Noall given that he was the brother of my 2xgt-grandmother. That might supply us with a couple of clues to work on.

Tomorrow I am going to go through everything in my Noall files and see if I can connect all these threads and people together! May even pop down to St Ives to the Archive Centre (which is a real bind I can tell you ;D) to see if they have any more information. I just know they all connect... just needs working out. Me see what else I can find dreckly me ansum
