I have been trying to finalize my own take on Baragwanaths, which includes the interactions with the Curnow(e) family. Previously I have only seen the transcribed Will of Thomas Curnow, until you kindly gave the familysearch page of the original in the above discussion. I then got into what was the missing Parish name. For me doing all I can to improve the image, it initially looks like a present day lowercase "c", but looking around the original it seems to match the start of upper case "A". Just my 2c. This does not help with confirming anything, but now I need to go back and cleanup my Thomas Curnow of 1588-1643 information that I have obtained from other sites. Anyway, just having joined, thanks for all the information and discussion.

I don't have time to dig out and review that Will right now but if your conjecture were to prove correct then the then of the 8 Parishes beginning with 'A' (Advent, Altarnun, Antony, St Agnes, St Allen, St Anthony in Meneage, St Anthony in Roseland, St Austell) then the obvious choice would be St Anthony in Meneage.
