Lanyon Deposition 1635 copy.pdf (278.73 KB) Found a transcript of the 1634 deposition of John and Jane Lanyon children of Richard Lanyon 'outlaw'. It explains why he was outlawed and mentions lots of Cornish people so may be of interest even if you are not researching the Lanyon family. I do have a copy of the original document from National Archives, too big to upload here but happy to email a copy if you are interested.

I don't have much to offer on this, but here I go as a decendant of Cicely Lanyon and Martin Angwin as seem to be my only DNA line- spell Lanyon as you seem fit. discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C3706067.https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Lanyon-90 sill I have more suggestions than these. You will figure it out. I thought I'd be dead before discovering my Mitchell line. But I am still standing and finding cousins Zib
