Just a little note to ask if everyone is satisfied with the board colours? I changed the darker green to a slightly lighter one today as the text against the darker background was a bit difficult to read.
I am trying for something that is pleasant, but easy on everyone's eyes.
If any of you prefer a grey scheme, you can go into your profile, choose 'modify' profile and select the default 'skin'.

I was speaking to a friend today on the phone while she was looking at my board on a flat screen monitor, and apparently on a flat screen the lighter green on this board ('sea green') appears sort of blue, and the dark green, which looks pretty even on a traditional screen, appears rather garish and hard on the eyes. I experimented with some other scemes, but when I tried for a nice tan in place of the darker green, I got a sort of dark mahogany on my screen, and my friend was seeing cantaloup orange!  I never realized that the colors might be so different on other types of monitors. Since I am loathe to go to a plain grey/white scheme, I just wanted to point out again that anyone who is having a problem reading the board or finding it hard on your eyes, should click on 'profile', select 'modify profile', then scroll down to the last entry under 'Account Prefernces', which is 'select skin' and change it to 'default'. Then save your modified profile. I want everyone to be ocularly comfortable when viewing the board! |

OK By Me. All I ask is good contrast against the background and one does get a little tired of everything being blue.
