Hi!
I've been coming across various posts from here in the course of my research, so am now signing up.
Broadly I'm examining families from St Ives, Lelant & Zennor with surnames including (in no particular order): Penberthy, Ninnes, Curgenven, Moorshead, Hosking, Banfield, Edwards, Triggs, Quick, Stevens, Bennetts, Bryant, & Berriman.
I had a visit to Cornwall (from Australia) last month where I was able to visit a lot of the places I've come across in my readings.
I'm sure I'll be putting various enquiries in the relevant areas in due course.
Lovely to "meet" you all!

My Edwards come from Isles of Scilly..but there are also Ninnes, Hosking, Banfield, Quick, Stevens, Bennetts, Bryant & Berriman from other parts of Cornwall in the melting pot. Most who post on this board end up being related in some fashion. On your trip to Cornwall I hope you got to visit Zennor and sit in the mermaids chair! Simon

And Welcome from me also! Some of those names and locations suggest that you might have a Trewhella or two lurking about there somewhere. CT
