Hi Everyone Really pleased to have joined you all. I am very interested in the following surnames/people/lines - Rouffignac (Elizabeth James line - from Newlyn), Carne (Dinah's line - from St Buryan), Carnpezzack (Elizabeth Carne's line - from Paul Newlyn), Johns (Joseph's line from Paul/Newlyn), Stone (Richard Tredea - from St Buryan), givens (Catherine from Paul Newlyn), Addicoat (William Richard - St Just), Whitta (Mabel from Pendeen - although the line looks to start in St Agnes), Tredinnick (Joan - St Agnes). Are than happy to share any info that i have managed to draw together so far and really keen to join up quite a few dots. I look forward to hearing from you. Karen

Welcome to the site Karen. I know we have people here interested in at least some of those lines so hopefully everyone will be able to join in and help each other. CT

Hi Karen, welcome I come from a long line of St Just people -my main St Just ancestors were Chappell and Penrose. I do have both Addicoat and Whitta marrying into the line, but don't recognise the names that you mention. Speak soon Debs

Hello Debs sorry for not replying sooner - have had a long break from all things family tree. My Nanny was Elsie Mabel Addicoat, she was from Pendeen. And there are a long line of Whitta’s which I am more than happy to share details f if that helps. Where do your Addicoats and Whittaker hale from? Maybe we could see if there is a connection? Kind regards Karen
