He was baptised at Ludgvan 10th August 1781 and buried at Ludgvan 28th August 1781 (Ludgvan Parish Register)
Both baptized 26th January 1778 at Ludgvan.
Remember that I pointed out in my previous post that Humphry Jacka was recorded as 'Humphry Jacka junr' when his daughter Bridget was baptized. This indicated there was another Humphry Jacka in the area who was probably either the father of your Humphry or a cousin or uncle. This burial may be for that person and it 'might' be the father of your Humphry. This is certainly NOT another son of Benjamin and in any case the event happened before Benjamin was married.
And there was also John son of Umphry Jacka and Bridget his wife baptized at Sancreed 5th December 1703.
Unknown:
1. Humphry Jacka (12 Jun 1716) OPC # 2879158 Burial.
2. Margery Jacka (29 Jun 1707) OPC # 3637002 Baptism. Daughter of Humphry.
When quoting these records it would be really helpful if you could also show the Parish of the event. In the case of daughter Margery the event was at St Allen which is way up north of Truro and where another Humphry Jacka was baptizing children from 1691. This baptism also took place just four months after your Humphry baptized daughter Honor at Sancreed! And the Humphry at St Allen might also be the same Humphry JAKKA buried at Gwennap in 1708 - maybe.
It would also have been helpful if you had placed all the Humphry Jacka burials together so that it would be easier to make appropriate comments. Here are the two you have mentioned:-

Now we might be getting somewhere! (And forget about the Gwennap and Truro area as that is obviously a quite different family.)
Now that I have these burials together it has enabled me to take a more objective view to the whole scenario. And after a further check of the OPC records I have been able to come to some conclusions that make a little sense.
The two burials quoted above (1716 and 1735) are the only burials West of Gwennap for any Humphry Jacka until 1778 and 1781 at Ludgvan when the sons of Benjamin Jacka were buried. And in line with earlier comments the picture suddenly becomes much clearer.
To repeat an earlier comment yet again - in 1713 when Humphry Jacka baptized daughter Bridget at Sancreed he was referred to as 'Humphry Jacka junr of Maddern' thus indicating that there was at least one other Humphry Jacka in the area. This second Humphry would most likely be the father of Humphry but could possibly have been an uncle or cousin.
SO - in 1713 we have evidence of TWO men named Humphry Jacka and it is perhaps very significant that the younger of these identifies himself as 'junr' that same year.
It is also significant that the earliest recorded baptism we can find for a Humphry Jacka is not until 1749 when the son of Benjamin is baptized. This is significant because I think it helps identify the origins of Humphry.
The records for Sancreed and Paul are quite good for the period before 1700. Madron on the other hand does have existing records prior to 1700 but there are some large gaps and legibility is a problem so not many have been transcribed for online viewing. That means it is most likely Madron was the actual home of the Humphry Jacka family which is why only a couple of events are recorded at Sancreed and Paul.
Now getting back to those two burials. In 1716 'Humphry Jacka of Maddern' is buried at Madron and I would suggest this is the elder Humphry because that very same year Bridget daughter of Humphry Jacka was buried at Sancreed suggesting the younger Humphry may have been residing there at the time. That would then mean that the Humphry buried at Madron in 1735 is probably the husband of Bridget and father of your Benjamin!
Evidence that might help support that is that there is no marriage for a Bridget Jacka between 1716 and 1735 which might indicate a widow. And the only Bridget Jacka burials are in 1739 and 1748 at Maddron.
So - at least for the time being I am going to say that we are probably dealing with two Humphry Jackas who are father and son. The elder Humphry died in 1716 and the younger in 1735. BUT THERE IS MORE!!!!!
On further investigation I have been able to find several significant parish register entries that I am sure will be of interest to you. These records are taken from a publication called 'The First Book of Madron Parish Registers' and cross-checked with the original Parish Registers that can be viewed via FamilySearch. These are extremely difficult to read and it is sometimes more difficult to actually locate the page a specific entry might be on. However, here are the entries:-
14th January 1664/5 was married Humfry Jacka and Margarett his wife
3rd September 1665 was baptized Beniamyn the sonne of Humfry Jacka
[30/31] July 1666 was baptized Jane the daughter of Humphry Jack (relied on the transcript as the entry is at the top of a damaged page in the register)
19th September 1669 was baptized Anne the daughter of Humphrey Jacka
It looks like there might be a page of missing entries for the period between 14th April 1667 and 16th October 1668. It is possibly Humphry might fall into that gap but it is equally possible he, and perhaps other siblings, might have been baptized in another Parish where records for the time have been lost.
The bottom line is that we now have son 'concrete evidence' to suggest the likely parentage of your Humphry Jacka!
In light of the information I have just found I would suggest the smart thing for you to do would be to reinstate the marriage of Richard Trevilour and Katherine Jacka but then completely separate them from Humphry. Katherine may be related in some way but she is much more likely to be an aunt or cousin - she is definitely NOT the mother of Humphry as far as I am concerned!
Now then - I think we can take another look at the two Humphry Jacka burials and now say it is almost certainly that the 1716 burial is that of the Humphry Jacka who married Margaret in 1664/5 and the 1735 burial is that of the younger Humphry who married Bridget Richards in 1699.
And one last belated item!
Margaret Jackah widow was buried 7th July 1722 at MadronCT
