Further to my last:-
From "Massachusetts, Town and Vital Records, 1620-1988" - Ancestry
Joseph Glasson of Jersey City and Hannah Fuller of Roxbury were married 29th July 1846 at Roxbury, Massachusetts by J B Davis or Roxbury, Minister
Also from "Massachusetts, Town and Vital Records, 1620-1988"
Dorchester - Dorchester Deaths, 1850-1869 - Deaths Registered in Dorchester, County of Norfolk, 1853
13th February 1853 Joseph Glasson age 68 at Jersey City N.J., married, carpenter, born England, West India Fever (buried North Cemetery 15th February 1853)
I still cannot find Joseph in the 1850 Census but at least this gives some definite sources for the marriage and death.

And just a little more that might be helpful. 1860 US Census Cambridge Ward 3, Middlesex, Massachusetts Henry W Glasson age 41 born England cabinet maker Ann Glasson age 42 born England Anna Glasson age 16 born Massachusetts Florence Glasson age 4 born Massachusetts Probably not much doubt that this is the William H Glasson with wife Ann and daughter Ann mentioned in my previous post from the 1850 Census. That would seem to suggest he might indeed be the son of Joseph and Sophia which, if so, provides another link to the marriage of Joseph to Hannah Fuller. CT
