Did we ever discover who the Paul Quick was who married Hannah Richards at St Ives in 1826?

I expect CT will have the definitive answer but as one witness was James Quick, and their third child, following Hannah Richards and William Richards! was also James , it might be safe to say that Pauls father was James.

Yes, we determined finally that he had to have been the son of James Quick and Jane Michell. Paul was baptised at St Ives in 1802 and died at St Ives in 1838 at the age of 40 so either his was a late baptism or else his age was incorrectly recorded when he died.
The baptisms for the children of James and Jane (married 1789 Zennor) were 1789, 1796, 1799, 1802 and 1805 so after 1789 any or all of the children may have been baptised late.
Also, Paul Quick was a joiner as was his father James.

CT and Londoner
I am sorry to be going over old ground but I cannot find our original discussions.

Lannanta - it never hurts to go over old ground again once in a while. It gives us the opportunity to review findings and consider any new information that might have come to light. So far I have found nothing that might cause any changes.
