Now that I am an "Ysel," I'm wondering what that word means? Thanks, Calswimmer

Heh heh - don't worry, as long as the word is Cornish and not German, we're not calling you anything bad... ;D Actually - what I did was give Ian a basic of how I wanted the rankings to go, and he gave me the correct words. I believe it goes new, lower, middle, upper, god. Not very exciting, but the best we could come up with with our limited knowledge of the language. I originally had 'wollas' and 'wartha' to represent lower and upper, but Ian suggested better terms. While on the subject of rankings - the highest rank begins at 500 posts. Does anyone think that is too low - should the limits be a bit higher?

Perhaps the highest rank should be rated a little higher. Although I am rated as 'dew' and this will be post number 956 (I think) - some consideration might be given to the number of posts that are merely 'hello, I am here but see you tomorrow' type items. (I know I have posted many such items as I merely wanted to acknowledge that I had seen the note and would try to reply asap.) How this can be judged is something I do not know but I do think that a member's 'rank' should be based on constructive input and feedback rather than just the 'number of posts' that have been built up. Awaiting demotion. ;D
