Hi Joanne - have you tried looking for them on FamilySearch? Here is what I have found via that source:-
Thomas Riddle baptised 20th August 1815 Redruth son of George and Mary
From the Cornwall Family History Society Marriage Index for Redruth:- George Riddle married Mary Davey 9th March 1805 at Redruth
The only Loveday James baptised around the right time will need further investigation but perhaps names of children might help:-
Loveday James baptised 31st March 1816 Cury daughter of William and Elizabeth
Cury is on the Lizard Peninsula and some distance from Redruth so, as I said, further investigation will be required to determine if it might be the right person.

Joanne - Lovdy and Loveday are the same and you can also find the name as LOUDY, particularly from earlier registers. Usually that is simply a transciber's interpretation of the writing but sometimes it does actually look like Loudy.
Loveday from Cury might not be the one you want but it would be worth trying to do a little research on her even if it is just to eliminate her from the equation.
