I'm now looking to fix on which particular Margaret GRENFELL married James (sometimes Thomas) TREZISE at Sancreed on 5 Nov 1832.
There seem to be three Margaret GRENFELLs who fit the bill.
Margaret d/o Richard GRENFELL bap 22 Jan 1804 Margaret d/o Thomas GRENFELL bap 2 Dec 1804 Margaret d/o John GRENFELL bap 29 Nov 1807 all baptised in Madron.
According to the GRENFELL website Margaret d/o John is married to a John NINNES although I cannot find a marriage for this. However a search on the cenuses finds a John NINNES fisherman aged 50 living with wife Peggy (a common diminutive of Margaret) aged 40 at Beach, St Ives which seems to back up this marriage.
So I suppose this leaves me with the other two. But which one?

Well I would tread wary with Margaret, daughter of Richard.
On the 30th November 1834 Margaret Grenfell married William Glasson at Lelant. It is noted that Margaret was under 21 years of age and required her father's consent. It is also noted that in the census that followed Margaret was from Madron - and therefore born after November 1803. The witnesses at the marriage were Jakeh Glasson and Richard Grenfell.

As far as I am aware at this point the Margaret Grenfell who married William Glasson was part of one of the families involved in recent discussions.
I believe she was the daughter of Richard Grenfell and Patience Lawry whose son John Grenfell married Sarah Tredrea.
Margaret bp. 29th November 1807 daughter of John and Margaret (nee Rowe) married John Ninnes 21st November 1835 at Zennor.
When Margaret Grenfell and James Trezise were married the witnesses were Thomas Grenfell and Richard Grenfell. Comparing the signiature of this Thomas Grenfell with the Thomas who married Margery Trembath at Madron 2nd April 1803 indicates that it is probably the same man.
Based on that I would suggest that your Margaret was baptised at Madron 2nd December 1804 daughter of Thomas Grenfell and Margery (nee Trembath). She was buried at Sancreed 15th January 1854 age 48 of Higher Drift.

Thanks to both of you for your quick replies. This is quite interesting as my wife is descended from Margaret GRENFELL who married James TREZISE in Sancreed 5 Nov 1832 and now it seems she is also descended from William GRENFELL, Margeret's brother, son of Thomas and Margery (nee TREMBATH) GRENFELL. William married? someone called Eliza (probably BADCOCK) and their son John GRENFELL (second child given that name) married Catherine Sisley COWLING in the first quarter of 1870 St Ives (not sure where). Their daughter Mary GRENFELL, born not long after (no baptism found yet) in St Ives would go on to marry a Joseph BRYANT born in Lelant (1857) s/o John and Jane BRYANT who would later move to Redruth/Gwennap.
Joseph and Mary's son, John 'Jack' Grenfell BRYANT b 24 Sep 1902 at St Ives would then go on to marry Isabella TREZISE the grand-daughter of James and Margaret TREZISE in Burnley, Lancashire.
