I have a few generations of Pawleys that are documented in a Chancery Proceeding of 1597. and I am in the process of acquiring more documents from the PRO in London. My Cornish ancestry ends with the marriage of Honor Pawley to John Underhill in Penwith, around 1595. She was the daughter of James Pawley of Uny Lelant. Honor sailed from Holland to the Boston Colony in America in 1630, along with her second husband and children from her first marriage.

Hi Tregereth I would be more than interested in your PAWLEY line. I come from Stephen c1500-1578 who married Margery BREA.( Is your James a son of theirs? ) Stephen's son Stephen 1522-1589 married Jane SAMFORD & they had Stephen c1550 -1635 who married Margery TRESTEANE (dau of Robert TRESTEANE & Grace ARUNDELL.) Regards......Wendy Taylor

Hi Tregereth I also am from Stephen Pawley and Margery Tresteane they are my 10th g'grandparents and i would be interested in the Arundell line of which I have, but I would like some confirmation especially if you have anything about Sibilla Arundell who married John Warren in Sheviock in 1679.
