Sarch - the Marriage at Lelant is from the Bodmin Transcript (as recorded in Phillimore) which is apparently all that survives for Marriages at Lelant prior to 1720.
Both surnames were unreadable and all that remains of the date is October 1715.
Children for William and Ursula all baptised at St Ives:-
Elizabeth bp. 20th July 1716 Ann bp. 2nd February 1718 WM bp. 17th February 1720 ;D Margaret bp. 15th April 1723 and buried 20th April 1723 Charles bp. 19th June 1724 Richard bp. 25th February 1727
All taken from the St Ives Parish Register and all dates recorded Old Style.

Hi CT Could the date of William's baptism be 16 Feb 1720? ;D I went back to look at the originals online as I incorrectly transcribed William as son of Edward so I took a second look but its not easy to see as the filming/picture is slightly blurred as well Sarch

That depends on whether you look at what seems to be written immediately next to 'ffeb' or whether you look at what appears to be written just a little closer to the margin. If you want to be guided by IGI then they have it recorded as 6th
