I guess that it does not really matter as the death certificate is not going to have any more information than that in the burial record and the newspaper.
I now have a death certificate for a 47 year old Hannah Quick who died of decline on the 12th August 1837 in Bedminster and Hannah was a widow.
I will add it to the OPC database and leave it at that. I must review the long issue that we raised with this Paul and Hannah and the fact that his children were in one place in the census and their cousins were in another.
I might have to get some clarification from you so you will have to forgive some repeated questions methinks.

Ask away any time. It will be good to get a few more of these annoying loose ends tidied up and I really must find time to work through my notes to see what items I still need to clarify. I have an idea there is another Paul Quick marriage still to be looked at also. If memory serves it was to do with a possible second marriage so I really will have to check my notes! And having just checked my notes it was not Paul Quick at all! In fact it was the marriage of John Quick and Hannah Ninnes that I was thinking of. John Quick married Hannah Ninnes 12th April 1834 at Towednack Hannah Quick age 29 was buried at Towednack 28th May 1834 just six weeks after the marriage. I currently have this John Quick 'unattached' but somewhere along the line I suggested who he may have been but it involved another marriage. Best I track down the information so things can be made more clear! CT

Having had a look around I cannot find the particular information I was referring to regarding John Quick and Hannah Ninnes. However a review of the John Quicks in the area at the time has given me the clues I was searching for! I believe it likely that after Hannah died John then married Mary Ann Osborn at Zennor in February 1837. Unfortunately I don't have details from the original register so I don't know if any witnesses were recorded. The only information I have is from Hoblyn who records that John Quick was 'of Towednack' with no mention of him being widowed. But the 'of Towednack' is at least significant and suggests I may be correct. This would then mean that John was baptised 28th April 1805 at Towednack son of John Quick and Elizabeth Osborn. In fact another look at my database suggests this is the only possible John Quick who could have married Hannah Ninnes. CT

I have Hannah Quick, nee Ninnes, being buried 28th May 1834; she was aged 29 years, wife of John and daughter of Joseph. You probably already have that recorded as well?

Yep - that's her.
The only problem we had was identifying which John she was married to.
