I forgot to ask? Now that I have the right Jane Michell b.1770, did Matthew Michell b.1735 Zennor and Catherine Stevens b 1739 Zennor have any other children and whom was Matthew's first wife? I have Margaret James??? Is this right ?
Also Catherine Stevens b 1739 Zennor whom were her parents? I have Matthew Stevens bapt.1710 and Katherine Curnow bapt.1710 .m. 5/1/1738 Towdenack, Cornwall??? Is this right?
And also just to confirm, Matthew Mitchell's parents were Samuel Michell b. 1702 Zennor and Jane Stevens b. 1707 .m. 18/2/1728 Zennor, Is this right?

I do believe you might be getting mixed up again. Either that or you may be confusing yourself with multiple Matthew Michells.
Currently my records show that Matthew Michell was baptised at Zennor 27th May 1735 son of Samuel Michell and Jane Stevens. Matthew's FIRST wife was Catherine Stevens with that marriage being 3rd January 1765 at Zennor. Matthew Michell's second wife was Jane Eddy whom he married at Zennor 11th February 1778.
The Will of Robert Curnow dated 1744 identifies his daughter Catherine as the wife of Matthew Stevens and if you do as Sue suggested and check the records she has indicated you will find that Catherine was baptised some years before 1710!

As for any links prior to 1713 at Zennor I am not prepared at the moment to offer anything that you might take as 'gospel truth'. I have a lot of work to do before I can confidently identify the Michell and Stevens people involved purely because there is so little information to work with. Although the register for Zennor prior to 1713 does survive it is in extremely poor condition with much of it unreadable due to water damage or fragmentation. And although there are Bishops Transcripts they do not survive for every year so there are many gaps.
Re marriage of Matthew Michell and Margaret James - This marriage took place at Towednack in 1755 with that Matthew Michell being the son of Christopher Michell and his wife Catherine for whom no marriage has yet been found. (It is very likely the marriage will not be found as it probably occurred at Towednack during the period Sue spoke of when the register 'went missing'. Like Zennor there are Bishops Transcripts but they do not survive for every year.)
