Gandolf: I cannot help very much here. Cornish Terrier (Ian) may have some info. about the Harris family/families on his database. I think I have posted all I know: I can list 4 gens of Harris, who seem to come from Devon, ending up at Kenegie, Gulval. Arundell: which branch? I do not know, but others may be able to assist. David.

Gandolf, the Kenegie Harrises have a lengthy pedigree which you will find in the visitations by Vivian.

Trencom, thanks for the suggestion. The copy of Vivian's that I had did not include the Harrises of Kenegie, but found it in another copy on the web.
Unfortunately I cannot see anything at the moment that suggests that they connect to my Richard Harris. However I was able to figure out which branch of the Arundells the Harrises connect to - again a different branch of the Arundells to that which is of interest to me.
Ah well, back to the drawing board I guess.

Not actually in Towednack, but ... I seem to be a descendant of the Martin MARTIN & Tamsin (ODGER). According to Edward A. Wilmot Curnow would be the wife of Robert Curnow Jr., so here would be an excellent example of one not identified...
Or as raised elsewhere Zenobia within other Wilmot Curnow discussions the wife of Robert Curnow Jr may have been the Wilmot Curnow recorded as being buried 17 July 1739.
I'm wondering whether any more light come has come to bear upon this question since this above quoted post of Mar 2007??
